Today, automobiles are evolving into a "third living space," raising the bar for comfort and safety. With larger doors and greater closing force, scenarios such as the front trunk, rear trunk, and sliding doors face higher safety challenges. Although traditional "anti-pinch" features have become common, most of them cannot react the moment an object contacts the anti-pinch area.
To address these pain points, YFORE has launched the industry's first mass-produced Anti-Pinch Sensor, delivering more sensitive detection and comprehensive protection.

From "Passive Protection" to "Active Sensing"
Unlike traditional "passive" anti-pinch mechanisms, YFORE's Anti-Pinch Sensor actively senses contact by a human body or object and reacts instantly. When a door is closing and a finger or other body part touches the anti-pinch area, the sensor immediately detects the change and, with an ultra‑fast detection time of less than 100ms, sends a signal to the door controller. The controller then instantly stops and reverses the cinching latch, providing dual protection: "torque‑based anti-pinch" and "touch‑based anti-pinch."
No‑Blind‑Spot Monitoring, More Stable Performance
In terms of performance, the sensor achieves full coverage of the installation area, truly enabling no‑blind‑spot monitoring. The trigger success rate exceeds 99.9%, ensuring that the vast majority of pinch risks are accurately identified. The false trigger rate is controlled within 0.5%, using advanced algorithms to effectively distinguish different scenarios and avoid the door failing to close or latch due to misjudgment.
In addition, an IP67 water ingress protection rating allows it to perform reliably in rain, snow, and car wash conditions. With its extreme response speed and sensing capability, this system elevates detection sensitivity and door safety protection to new heights.
Moving from "passive protection" to "active sensing," YFORE defines the safety boundary of human‑vehicle interaction through technological innovation, providing more comprehensive protection for drivers and passengers – truly saying goodbye to pinched fingers, so every door closing operation is safe and worry‑free.
